To log into your new account, go to https://glenallen.membersplash.com/ and click on the Member Login link at the top of the page. The username for your account is your e-mail address we have on file. The default password for your account is gacc2025!!.

Directions for Making a Purchase in MemberSplash 

1. Log into MemberSplash – https://glenallen.membersplash.com/ 
2. Click on “Payment” across the top navigation bar 
3. Select “Make a Payment” 
4. From here you can select item(s) for purchase
   1. For a pavilion rental, check the box next to Pavilion Rental ($35) 
   2. For guest passes scroll to the “guest fee” section. Select the quantity of guest passes you would like to purchase using the drop down. Whether you check the box next to “front desk guest credit” does not matter. 
   3. For a caregiver pass ($100), enter the first and last name of the caregiver in the space provided. You do not need to select or check anything else. 
5. Select your payment method. 
6. Select “next” 
7. Review your order for accuracy. If you need to add or remove an item, select “edit order” 
8. Once your order is correct, enter payment information and select “submit”
